Winter Session Admission
Undergraduate Admission
PLEASE NOTE: A student who wishes to apply for Winter Session and already has a baccalaureate degree must apply as a Graduate student.
Currently enrolled Binghamton University students and students who have already been admitted for the Spring 2010 term do not need to apply for admission to the Winter Session.
The following students do need to complete the 2010 Winter Session Admission Form and be formally admitted or readmitted before they can register for winter courses:
- Formerly enrolled (matriculated, degree-seeking) Binghamton University students who did not attend the University in the Fall of 2009 and who have not yet received a bachelor's degree. Persons in this category are readmitted to the Binghamton University school from which they most recently withdrew.
- Former Continuing Education (non-matriculated/non-degree) students who have not been enrolled for two or more major semesters.
- Undergraduate students from other colleges and universities who are not scheduled to receive a bachelor's degree in Fall 2009.
- High school graduates not enrolled in any college or university. Students who have graduated from high school in Spring of 2009 may apply as Continuing Education (non-degree) students for the 2010 Winter Session. However, they may not continue in attendance for the Spring semester unless admitted to a degree program at Binghamton.
Note: Persons in the last three categories are admitted to the Winter Session as Continuing Education students at Binghamton.
